Very Good
It was a nice hotel. Comfy bed and clean room
Late check in time 4pm and early check out time 10am with no luggage storage after checkout made my last day in Japan difficult with a 8pm flight and having to find a locker at station to hold my luggage

adequate for the price
Great location. Comfortable beds. Coin operated laundry in the hotel. Also the price was really good. Everything worked quite well.
Small rooms. We could only find smoking rooms although we are non-smokers. One of the rooms was quite ok, but the other was very smelly - wonder of something could be done about it. No breakfast option at all.

Good location but a bit costly
The location is great as there are a lot of entertaining activities nearby. You have to walk a bit though. The facilities are okay.
The staff are not really instructive (but they are nice though), when I ask for early check-in they just simply said I can't. They did not explain and tell other options until I asked.
